'Diverse II'
Exhibition by 'InPreciousMetal' Jewellers

Opening Saturday 18th April 2015,  10am - 5pm
Season 18th April - 31st May

After a very successful first exhibition, “Diverse”, at our gallery last year, we welcome back members of InPreciousMetal Jewellers with “Diverse II”.

InPreciousMetal are a dynamic group of artists who create unique handmade jewellery that is highly wearable and covetable. The jewellers exhibiting in the Diverse II Exhibition are: Julie Brown, Rose David, Kim Entwisle, Sandy Flesher, Jane Gray, Charlotte Kerr, Sue Shore, Lesley Watson and Robyn White. Together they form a diverse collective with individual and distinct styles ranging from the traditional to the whimsical and quirky, all of which are one-off designs and beautiful.  An additional exhibition titled 'Treasures' will be presented by Jill Alexander.  Jill has a   close association with the jewellers and her art is colourful abstract paintings.   If you'd like to find out some creative secrets from the jewellers, be sure to check out demonstrations by various artists during weekends of the exhibition season.

2016 Wellington in Watercolour Calendar
I've really enjoyed having some time to paint over these last few weeks and been able to put the paintings straight up on the walls.  My plan is to paint a new series of paintings ready for a 2016 'Wellington In Watercolour' calendar after the success of this year’s calendar.  My minds visual diary is packed full of ideas ready for it, now just to get them down on paper.

Best Regards
