The New Austrian Sound of Music – in short NASOM – is a long-term sponsorship program by the Austrian Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs (BMEIA), promoting young emerging Austrian and Austria-based bands and musicians performing abroad.

From August 18th to 21st, 2022 the 42nd INTERNATIONAL JAZZFESTIVAL SAALFELDEN will take place! What’s in store, you ask? A nature-infused musical playground with around 60 concerts – in the city, the woods and meadows, music hikes in the midst of the idyllic alpine mountains and, of course, plenty of surprises!
