25 ACTS ANNOUNCED FOR THE YOUNG TALENT PROGRAM – THE NEW AUSTRIAN SOUND OF MUSIC (NASOM)
The New Austrian Sound of Music – in short NASOM – is a long-term sponsorship program by the Austrian Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs (BMEIA), promoting young emerging Austrian and Austria-based bands and musicians performing abroad.
In cooperation with mica – music austria, Austrian Music Export and the Austrian music universities, an expert jury selected five up-and-coming ensembles or musicians in five different genres: classical, jazz, global music, contemporary music and pop/electronic for the new NASOM edition 2023/24. read more »

From August 18th to 21st, 2022 the 42nd INTERNATIONAL JAZZFESTIVAL SAALFELDEN will take place! What’s in store, you ask?
