Our Mission in the Inland Empire
The Inland Empire is a fast-growing region with business and prosperity on the rise. At Premier, our goal is to provide a wide perspective on the current events and trends that impact our region. From community outreach and education in business, education, healthcare and public policy to event planning and business partnerships, Premier strives to connect companies thoughout the I.E in order to promote growth and success in our community. Premier deals with a wide range of committees throughout San Bernardino and Riverside counties including, The Upland Community Foundation, San Antonio Regional Hospital Foundation and The Inland Empire Hispanic Leadership Council. Additional Premier clients include Engineeering for Kids, iFly Indoor Skydiving, Moutainview Urgent Care and Walker and Mann Attorneys at Law.

Yvette Walker, founder and owner of Premier currently sits on the City of Upland Planning Commission and has been a part of The Upland Community Foundation since 2011. As a young business woman she began working in graphic design and logistics for an international product development company and went on to assist in catalog and mailing campaigns for national accounts. Yvette began her work in the public relations and marketing fields after joining Walker and Mann Attorneys at Law as their Director of Marketing and Public Relations. After being asked to work independently for contacts through the firm, Yvette decided to branch out and founded Premier Marketing and Public Relations in April 2014.

We are very proud and humbled to announce that Premier will be receiving an award on February 23rd from the San Antonio Hospital Foundation for induction into the Frances Mary Paul Circle

Premier is a huge proponent of community outreach and, as our model suggests, we believe wonderful things can happen when we give back!

Inland Empire Real Estate Trends Promote Sustainable Prosperity Throughout The Region

The reports are in for 2016 and early 2017 which reflect real estate trends throughout the I.E and point to an "uptick in consumer spending and commercial space purchase and leasing" according to CityCom Vice President, Sean Bailey. CityCom reported a decrease in office vacancy rates throughout the region from 25% in 2012 to 13% in 2016 and in industrial vacancy rates from 16% to less than 5% in the same time span. Large scale research from Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF), a global real estate advisory firm, supports these findings and adds the consistent positivity in net absorption rates for both office and industrial markets. Not only are vacancy rates descreasing each quarter, but asking rent rates are also up 2.4% in office markets and 15.2% in industrial markets.

Bailey cited two examples of local properties in his report for CityCom. The Foothill Towne Center in Upland once had a 30% occupancy rate which has since increased to 100% with the value of the center as a whole increasing from 4 million to 7 million. Magnolia Plaza in Upland has also seen an increase in occupancy from 65% to 96% in the last five years with and increase in rent prices of about .50 cents per square foot. These are just two out of the many areas experiencing increasingly positive trends.

So what does this mean for our region? According to NGFK, an increasing number of banks, mortage lenders, residential home builders, design companies and commercial businesses are touring the real estate market throughout the Inland Empire looking to set roots in the region. Between our extensive highway network, large industrial centers and proximity to the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles, our region can become a hub for industrial growth and prosperity in the years to come!
