Sibling owners and innkeepers Dave and Kim Wolinski invite you to visit their unique eight-room inn and conference center in the shadow of Pikes Peak, in the heart of Historic Old Colorado City. Dave says, "Please come visit, stay and play!"
The Old Town Guest House was built in 1997 as a Colorado Springs boutique bed and breakfast and the inn retains the charm of the original 1892 Fire station, Second City Hall of Old Colorado City – the first city in the state of Colorado -- and Jail! Guests enjoy “THE HUB”, being able to easily step out the front door just steps from quaint boutiques, galleries, antique shops and restaurants and return “home” to relax and retreat. The inn is also just a few minutes or miles from the best Colorado tourist and historic attractions, including Pikes Peak. The three story brick building is in perfect harmony with the 1859 period construction of Colorado Springs’ historic Old Colorado City, also known as Old Town.
