Arzei Darom
Chair Fund Campaign – Thank You for Your Support
Please join us again this Shabbat with the new carpet and the new chairs.
As we finish this project we want to thank the many families who chose to be a part of this campaign. We believe that the new chairs along with new carpet are a part of creating a beautiful makom tefillah/main sanctuary that everyone can and should be proud of. And so many of you responded positively to this project, helping to make it such a success. To date, 66 families have contributed, we raised nearly $35,000, and covered the overwhelming majority of the cost of the new chairs and carpet.
We also wish to thank everyone for their patience. It took longer than we expected to select the carpet and the fabric for the chairs. But we hope that everyone will love our new look, and will agree, that it was worth the wait.
Thank you to the following families who have made a pledge towards the Chair Fund Campaign. If you have not redeemed your pledge, please do so soon, and if you want to contribute, it is never too late to be a part of it:

Kiddush Committee News
Kiddush clean up is on a rotating basis, based on your last name. While we recognize that everyone in your group may not be available each Shabbat, we ask that you pitch in if you are assigned in that month so that the same people are not doing the clean-up each week. We all like kiddushes and we all make plans for lunch after shul so please be respectful of your fellow congregants by helping out during your assigned month if you are in shul. We also ask that you please watch your children during Kiddush to the extent possible, and to place their finished items in the garbage cans provided.
