Hey,

I just watched the PBS documentary "The Buddha" on Netflix and was totally inspired to appreciate every moment just because we exist and to be more compassionate to all living creatures.  You see Sidharta (Buddha) was a prince of India and was destined to be it's ruler.   When he traveled outside his castle and discovered that most of the world was suffering, he relinquished all worldly possessions after 29 years of living in decadence.  Now don't worry. I'm not trying to be Buddha.  But I am making the point that appreciating every moment and having compassion for others is the path towards happiness for ourselves and others.

For example, I use NoonDalton Virtual Assistants (VAs) from India.  They help me accomplish emailing thousands of potential job candidates to help me fill the job openings I have in my Wall St. Recruiting business.  For $850/month I get 1 full time college educated assistant tirelessly following my instructions to do searches for job candidates from Linkedin, Facebook, Asmallworld, Doostang etc.  They work 6 days (50 hours) per week and accomplish a tremendous amount of detailed, tedious tasks that I do not want to do myself.  Email me if you'd like some ideas on how to grow your business through Social Marketing using NoonDalton's VAs.

Here's the list of Wall St. job openings I'm currenly looking to fill:
1) Insurance Program Actuary with about 5 yrs expereince
2) Hedge Fund managers with
    a. Global Macro
    b. Energy
    c.  Quant
3) Institutional Sales pros who can sell Risk Arb and Special Situations trading ideas to hedge fund managers
4) Credit Analyst with experience in distressed Corporate and Bank Debt to work for a hedge fund

I got an email last week that perhaps I should not outsource and hire someone in the US to do my email/ Social Marketing tasks.   To me it's obvious that using VAs from India to help me get jobs for US citizens benefits both countries.  I believe trading with other countries keeps them from waging war for massive inequities which have something to do with Guns, Germs & Steel.  But that's beyond the scope of this social events newsletter.

If you would however like to further discuss this and perhaps the job market over drinks at a benefit to help others let's meet tonight 7pm-10:30pm at the 2nd Annual Caron Renaissance Save a Life Event at 1 Oak:
