TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index advanced 0.49% to close at 96,289 on the last trading day of the Iranian calendar year. The majority of sectors ended in positive territory with Other Financial Services (+1.73%) gaining the most. Engineering Services (-0.96%) was the biggest faller. Chemicals (-0.16%) posted the highest trading volume among sectors with IRR 211 billion (approx. USD 4.4 million) of trades. Today the leading movers of the All-Share Index were Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD +1.70%), Ghadir Investment Co. (GDIR +2.76%) and Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Co. (PKLJ -0.67%). The stock with the highest daily trade volume was Saderat Bank Iran (BSDR +4.99%) with IRR 96 billion (approx. USD 2.0 million) worth of trades. Block trades and debt securities dominated the TSE trading board today. The TSE’s total traded value reached IRR 5,680 billion (approx. USD 119 million), up 126.8% from the previous trading session on Sunday.
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the thirty largest companies by market capitalization rose 0.62% to close at 4,292. Ghadir Investment Co. (GDIR +2.76%) led the top gainers, while Fanavaran Petrochemical Co. (PFAN -1.14%) fell the most. Total traded value of the top 30s was 43% up at IRR 466 billion (approx. USD 9.7 million).
