(EAGAN, MINN.) –  Mouli Engineering’s SolarPod^TM Crown is now patent approved under the title “MINIMAL PENETRATION MODULAR ROOF-TOP MOUNTING RACKS AND SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS INCORPORATING THE SAME”.  The revolutionary design enables solar to be placed on gable roofs making way for significantly lowered cost in distributed solar generation. 

 

You no longer need to make penetrations on the roof that dramatically increases costs and reduces your roof structural integrity (long term damage). Simply place a smartly designed solar panel assembly on the roof and start beaming in clean green solar energy. We have already permitted, inspected and commissioned the SolarPod^TM Crown in several locations.

 

Engineering analysis of the SolarPod^TM Crown was performed by global stalwarts in the solar structural design field.  The innovative gable roof solar design was evaluated for its aerodynamic properties, and the system is expected to minimize design wind loads through effective pressure equalization.  Testing performed confirms the robustness of the design at high wind loads.

 

Being true to our planet, Mouli Engineering is adding new Off Grid Plug & Play SolarPod^TM Standalone products for medium to large applications with pure sine wave inverters with modular design.  The modular design lowers capital expenditures and enables heuristic[1] (individual application, geo-location, and energy consumption) growth.  The modular heuristic approach enables optimization for each individual application.
