A Light In Every Window & Hope In Boxes

Straight from their 'Best Show' success at the Not Part Of Festival, Elysion Productios present a double bill of premieres from the award winning playwright Nicola Schofield - writer of Peacefully At Home.

Hope in Boxes sees two Grandchildren sorting throught their Nan's letters and photos. As scenes bring Nan's experiencs of the Second World War to life, the contrasts of social pressures across generations become blurred and issues of hidden sexuality are revealed. The more things change....

A Light in Every Window changes the mood and catapults the audience into a fast contemporary drama of parties, love, marriage, infidelity, shocking consequeances, and ultimately the subtlety of sweet revenge.

Directed by our very own Gayle Hare, these plays promise an evening to remember.
