       When talking with Note Holders avoid saying, "What I'd like to do is...".  It sounds like you're going to try and sell something.  Instead, ask their permission to explain or show them something you want them to know more about (i.e. partials).

Q - Hi Jeff,

          When note holder is waiting for closing and waiting to receive their check, where does he/she get their check? Is their local escrow agency?

A - Hi Drew! 

           The check will come directly from us or the end investor that is buying the note. We do not normally use a closing agent of any kind because 1) it costs money, 2) we need to teach them what to do, 3) they cause unnecessary delays.  Hope this helps! TWITA! ~ Jeff
