I just realise I have not written a Newsletter Since “ December 3” WOW! Time fly's and I too have flown a lot since then I have been in Madeira, Scotland – Findhorn and Maui on the Hawaiian Islands. I hope you're embracing 2017 and all the AMAZING changes coming our way, this is why it is super important as this time to do the “ INNER EMOTIONAL SOUL FREEDOM” work as the Schulman frequency of the planet is shifting rapidly at this time. 11.11 energies yesterday found me under the guidance of divine syncronicity at closing time, in the Male White Spring with the Water in Avalon/ Glastonbury with other Goddess's that were also called to travel to Avalon for the day whom i am connected to when we work in our soul monad groups, we often just show up together called by source and the light...We created a Light Language Activation in the male spring and opened and cleared energies that were linked to the collective. We are called often to work together and in person or over the phone at certain times on the planet and we always trust that we are guided by a divine knowing that we are being and doing exactly what we are called to do at that time in our planetry ascension work, as are many of you are called into being and doing at certain times and places. All it requires is that we" Trust" and follow through on our inner calling and knowing and show up by HEART.

These are such powerful times on Earth at present and we all choose to be here We are truly blessed to be here for this time of the great
“Transformation of our Conciousness”. We will reach a tipping point where we start to experience our multi dimensional selves. Everyone reading this newsletter is at a different stage in there awakening.
Everyone is awakening, not matter what you feel is going on. The levels of FEAR you hold will determine how GRACEFUL and EASY it will be. If we deny ourselves, we will struggle and we will manifest in our bodies blocks to show us that we need to LET GO of EMOTIONAL BLOCKS.
Personally I have experienced expanding my DNA and on certain days I can feel 7 Feet tall! Many of you have also shared with me you are having similar experiences. This has been going on for a good year now.
We are expanding our belief systems and LETTING GO of our wounding’s and beliefs from Pastlives, Wounded Inner Child, Ancestral Programming.
Sleeping is very important to integrate these new energies and rest.
I am going to Cornwall tomorrow on Monday the 19th September and will be at “ Sea Angel” my beach chalet that is where the “Cites of Light” are opening on the beach overlooking the Bay of St Ives. There are photos of Sea Angel and the beach on my website and on Facebook. You can rent Sea Angel for your own Healing retreat if you feel so called.
I am in LONDON for 1-1 sessions on Sunday 25th September and Monday 26th September 2016. I see clients at a wonderful energy spot in Earls Court that is on a powerful energy grid and I have now secured the same wonderful big room in the Mayflower Hotel too see clients in. WOW! Lots going on since the Solstice. The weather in the UK is certainly reflecting the emotional state of the inhabitants here. It feels like it has been raining for a month now, the weather is crying the tears that the humans are still holding onto. The only place for us to heal and move forward is by going inward and facing our inner selves. Many of you are sharing that you can hardly stay awake just now and have a need to sleep a lot more. When we sleep we integrate more of the changes and energy, and so surrender to the need to sleep. A lot of energy shifts and downloads are going on just now, globally.
The EU voting has inspired my latest video. Sadly I am seeing a lot of people showing a lot of human wounding around the fact that their friends, family, colleges or loved ones do not agree, with their views. We must “ Agree to Disagree”, otherwise you’re in the energy of bullying and controlling others.
Please do watch my video on how to navigate these times of Mind Games intended to separate and divide us. We have to Transcend our programming of FEAR and take back our power to not need to be told what to do and how to live. It is our natural birth right to be FREE BEINGS once again.

We had a wonderful 2 days at the “ Solstice Soul Freedom” workshop. Getting up at 3am to walk to the top of “ Barrow Mump” in the pouring rain. Walking the Tor in the pouring rain, and a huge amount of inner emotional alchemy and transformations, tears, giggles and love as a group. So a big “Thank You” to everyone whom showed up for themselves and transcended the voice of sabotage to actually show up, I know it can be a challenge, in 1-1 sessions, skype sessions and workshops...So i honour all of you whom i have assisted in your journey of soul freedom, healing and reclaiming your authentic selves.
