Hello Friends!

Spring is officially here!  Even though here in Toronto we are still getting some chilly days, the sun is shining and keeping smiles on peoples faces.  Since I last wrote to you it's been a busy time for me as both a teacher and performer.  Highlights of the month both involved working with kids and music. Their excitement for performing is thrilling!  From being the MC and singing with Young Voices Toronto at their concert to adjudicating high school choirs from all over the province at the Ontario Vocal Festival my heart was full with the joy of song!

Here's to more excitement for us music lovers of all ages!

April 4 - The Boys of Summer at The Old Mill

Although April seems like a whole month away, it's actually in less than a couple of weeks!  And that means my show, The Boys of Summer, at The Old Mill on April 4th is right around the corner.

The Dining Room at The Old Mill is one of my favourite places to sing and a lovely spot for a night out. If you saw my show there last year you may remember I paid tribute to the music of Carole King and Nat King Cole.  This year, I'm keeping the spirit of celebrating the music of fantastic icons - the Pop Legends of the 60s alongside the summery artists from the Latin world of jazz.  It has been so much fun curating a set list that includes The Beach Boys, The Doors, The Lovin' Spoonful, Carlos Jobim and more.

I've created a Spotify playlist of some of my favourite songs from that era. Please follow the link and let me know: Who else do you think should be on the list?

I would love to share the night with you, so please contact The Old Mill by calling 416.207.2020 or at diningroom@oldmilltoronto.com to make a reservation (which is highly recommended). You can also visit their website to book a table. The doors open at 6pm for dinner and the music begins at 8pm.  Tickets cost $20.

Other Upcoming Shows:

Saturday May 10th: Swing Toronto Lindy Dance, 805 Dovercourt Rd

Thank you as always for supporting my music! Hope to see you soon at a show!
