       Knowing that there are a multitude of ways to buy a note is a great advantage to a note buyer or broker when negotiating to purchase a note. However, you do not want to offer the note holder too many options and confuse them into saying no.  For more positive results from your note holders reduce the amount of options that you give them to no more than three.

       Cutting back the amount of options is a no brainer, but doing it in a way that creates the perception that you are customizing your options to fit their needs is key.

       You can also feature options at certain times of the year for certain situations (partials) so that you still provide all your note holders with their favorites (a full purchase) but not have to make all of them every time.

      Also, offering a “limited availability” (12 payments for 10 times the payment amount) can help your note business maintain momentum during the slow times.

       Remember, Success Demands Action! Keep on marketing, it’s going to work! TWITA!
