Front of House Rota now available - please check it!
Hi everyone,
Thanks again for signing up as a volunteer for 2026! We hope that you have a fun and rewarding experience over the next 2-3 weeks.
The initial version of the Front of House Rota is now available here. The link with always have the most up-to-date version of the rota.
Please check it carefully and come back with any questions or concerns ASAP (my number is 085 723 8659 - Gareth).
- Errors? (E.g. you are missing, scheduled on the wrong day time etc.) - let me know
- If you are doing tech ... then you should be on a different rota! (Where it was not clear, I added you here for now)
- Any other concerns ... let me know
I will make some changes to the rota during the day... so keep checking it!
- We an in-person training session this evening:
- Today - Thursday 30th April @ 7pm (in person): Excel Recruitment, The Capel Building, Mary's Abbey
- (i.e. near corner of Abbey Street and Capel Street, follow the Red Luas line).

And remember... take a bit of time to locate where the venues are in advance of next week.
