What have BNF staff been doing today?

Today BNF have been following an activity session, getting active for 1 minute at different times throughout the day. This has been coordinated by our BNF HEW activity lead. We are also going to go for a walk at lunchtime to make sure we move more today! What did you do?

Tomorrow's challenge is Be mind kind!

Why not introduce the Challenge to your pupils by showing them the Be mind kind presentation or video.

Take a look at the challenge guide to find out more! There’s useful tips on having a healthy lifestyle, as well as talking and learning a new skill.

Explore the Be mind kind resources!

What will your pupils be doing tomorrow to help them Be mind kind? Why not challenge them to think about what makes them feel happy? They could write what helps support their mental health and make a note of how they can be kind to others. Click here for the Be mind kind resources.

Cooking sessions

Join in with tomorrow’s cooking sessions at 10am and 2pm. Watch the video or cook-a-long and make Breakfast banana pops or Classic fajitas. The recipes can be found here. If you are looking for advice around cooking/tasting activities during COVID-19 you can find support here.
