President's
Corner
All work and no play will make
you a dull person. If all
you are doing is working on your
note business, you’ll end up
getting burned out. You need to
take a break and have some fun
so that when you go back to
work, you are productive.
Having fun doesn’t mean that
you have to go to an amusement
park. It could be spending time
with your family or friends.
Even better, it could be going
to networking events like the
one I am speaking at today in
San Diego,
the
Note Investor Summit.
Networking events are a great
place to meet other like minded
note professionals and gain some
free information and advice.
Maybe you’ll even end up getting
a few new contacts for future
transactions or better yet find
a note to buy at these events.
It happens more often than you
might think.
Remember,
Success
Demands Action! Keep on
marketing, it’s going to work!

Professionalism in the Note
Industry
Once in awhile every
professional asks the question
of himself or herself, "am I
worth what I make?" With all of
the events taking place in the
nation; the rise and fall of
interest rates; the real estate
boom or bust; the stock market
highs and lows; we all want to
make what we are worth. There
will always be cycles of varying
supply and demand for every cash
flow industry niche. Different
professions have varying
backgrounds and expectations...Read More...

Question of
the Week
Q
- Hi Jeff,
When you do
mailings, is there a certain day you tend to send them out on so they are
receiving them certain days during the week? And, do you recommend follow up
mailings? If so, how long after the initial mailing?
~ Kevin
A - Hi Kevin!
Thanks for the email!
I send out
all of my mailings on Friday. That way Monday afternoon the phone starts
ringing. My letters go out on the first Friday and follow up postcards every
Friday after that usually. Follow up postcards are not sent until 6 months after
the letter and then every 6 months three times. Just the way I do it after lots
of testing.
Hope this helps! TWITA!
~ Jeff
