President's
Corner
October is here and that signals
the beginning of the last
quarter of the year.
In football, we can often see
players and fans holding up four
fingers if their team is behind
or the game is close when the
fourth quarter starts. This
symbol says, “It’s time to shift
into our highest gear so we can
win this game.”As we cross into
the fourth quarter for our Note
Businesses, we should have that
same do-or-die attitude.
Although it’s tempting to start
daydreaming about holiday
celebrations, football
championships or your mom’s
pumpkin pie, now is the time to
hit the gas for your note
business. What can you
accomplish before the calendar
flips to a new year if you just
take action and believe?
Typically the last quarter
of the year is a note business's
best quarter. With the holidays
approaching quickly and the end
of the year near Note Holders
may be looking for that much
needed lump sum of cash.
I hope you are getting your
share, let me know if I can
help!
Remember, Success Demands
Action! Keep on marketing, it’s
going to work! TWITA! |

Question of
the Week
Q
- Hi Jeff,
There are two brothers who have
ownership in the same note, one brother wants to sell his note, but other
brother does not want to sell. Can that brother sell his half of the note and
other brother keeps his half of note? ~ Janet
A
-
Hi Janet!
Yes, we can buy 1/2 interest in
a note, however, we will want to
collect the full payment and
send the other brother his 1/2
of payment every month. :)
Hope this
helps! TWITA! ~ Jeff
