NEWS & ADVENTURES of a Philosophical Folk Songstress                                ~  August 2011
Dear Friends,
I am still finding my way home after a summer of non-stop adventures. Bags yet unpacked, laundry in piles, with many things awaiting sorting and digestion. I am feeling very aware of how essential the in-between times are, to properly absorb life as it comes. I always forget to leave space for that. Oops. Meanwhile, life keeps coming!

So, more shows on the way around the
San Francisco & Monterey Bay Areas ~ the Center for Spiritual Living in Santa Cruz, the Elkhorn Slough Flower Gardens (both this weekend), fabulous Cambodian food at Jia Tella's in Scotts Valley, the Women in the Redwoods music festival in La Honda, picnics on the lawn in Half Moon Bay and the Red Devil Lounge in San Francisco... all in the next month! Woohoo!
So pick a city, grab some friends, and come soak up what I love to give :-)
Meanwhile, I look forward to sharing the highlights of my summer with you once I've figured them out for myself. And, I'd love to hear about yours... What have you discovered lately about the world? about life? about yourself? about love?
con paz y musica y amor,
your songstress,  Amanda
