       I'm not sure how often or if I ever shared this tactic with you for your marketing. When you build rapport and solidify your relationship over the phone things might come up and you can use them in helping the note holder to decide to move forward or not when appropriate. When marketing to note holders offer note holders prices and options for special occasions.  Offer to buy a couple years of payments to help them with a milestone birthday or anniversary celebration, for a wedding or for that honeymoon they never took! Offering options in new, exciting ways will not only open the door for new revenues from note holders, but also create repeat business (when you buy a partial, more often than not, they come back to sell more of their note later on). My thought for you this week. Remember, Success Demands Action! Keep on marketing, it’s going to work! TWITA!

Q - Hi Jeff,

          You had suggested marketing outside CA. Are they any particular states you would recommend to get started? What would be your criteria when choosing a state to market to?

A - Hi Lillian!

       When choosing states to market to I always try to think of where mobile homes and land might be and branch out from there. Texas has a bunch of notes, Florida, the central U.S., Arizona, Washington, Oregon and Idaho too. :) Hope this helps!
