President's Corner

       Continuing with this month’s etiquette theme this week I will touch on knowing names.  It's just as important to know your peers or affiliates and competition as it is to develop relationships with note holders, note buyers or vendors (such as real estate attorney’s, appraisal, title and escrow companies). Reach out to people in your circle, regardless of their roles, and acknowledge what they do. My grandfather was a manager of an aircraft manufacturing plant. He would take his daughter (my mother) through the plant; she recalled that he knew everyone's name—his deputy, his workers, and the man who took out the trash. We spend too much of our time these days looking up – trying to impress those we feel are superior to us. But it's worth stepping back and acknowledging and getting to know all of the integral people who work hard to make your note business run. Remember, Success Demands Action! Keep on marketing, it’s going to work! TWITA!

Hi Chuck!

          We will buy almost any performing first position seller financed note on just about any property where the note came about when the seller of a property carried back the note to facilitate the sale of the property. We will usually not buy notes that are secured by properties with hazardous waste potential.  For more details you can go here:
