**DIFFERENT REHEARSAL LOCATION 12/18**
Due to a scheduling conflict at St. Paul's, rehearsal this week will be in the auditorium at Kendal at Ithaca, the retirement community at 2230 North Triphammer Road.

Parking is available on both sides of the main building.  Upon entering the campus, turning right at the stop sign brings you around to the North parking lots, while turning left leads to the "South Parking lot," which may have less space available because it is used heavily by residents who drive to dinner in that central building from elsewhere on the campus.  Enter the building from either end and follow the main hallway to the auditorium.  Please do not park on the shoulders of the Ring Road, as clear emergency access must be maintained at all times.

HELP with Concert Publicity
1)  POSTERS:  Several different versions are attached.  Please share/post them widely (print hard copies to hang around town, email digital versions to friends and family, and/or post them on your social media accounts).

2)  SPREADSHEET:  We also need to ensure that the concert is mentioned in as many media outlets as possible (without paying for advertising!).  Jackie Magagnosc has created a shared spreadsheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1RtVwsF5MVB1RmPuAQ3vhfuvMU2iQC7Iuu9YFGvCiIno/edit?gid=0#gid=0) to help keep track of which local community calendars, events listings, church newsletters, etc. are already covered.  PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AND ADD ANY ADDITIONAL SOURCES TO WHICH YOU CAN SUBMIT INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONCERT.

3)  TICKETS:  Don't forget to sell your tickets!  Live music is a great gift for "someone who has everything," and since the concert's in January, you can give the tickets for Christmas without adding another event to their busy December schedule.  Anyone wanting to use a payment method other than cash or check can buy online or Venmo/PayPay/etc. the money to your personal account for you to then convert to cash or check yourself ;-)
Newsletter Items?
If you would like to include a brief item in the ICC&CS e-newsletter, send text ready to copy and paste by Thursdays at 6pm to ICCNews@ACIthaca.org. Notices should be related to the chorus or the local music community.
