2016 Habit Rosé

Groundhog Sees A Touch of Spring!
We're delighted to announce the release of our 2016 Rosé.
Our 100% Grenache Rosé is always such a charmer and this vintage is no exception!
It’s ready to bring a little joy wherever it lands.

Only 118 cases produced - please get your orders in soon.
Every year these cases of Habit Rosé disappear quicker than you can say Punxsutawney Phil.
And you don’t want that to happen again, and again, and again…

We picked this fruit by hand early in the growing season to maintain bright, natural acidity. The grapes were crushed and macerated, then gently pressed, and after a long, cold fermentation, aged on the lees in stainless steel barrels.
The result is a beautifully bright and vibrant wine, with a stunning nose of wild strawberries following a spring shower, blooming spring flowers, raspberry bramble and pomello pith. A beautiful young salmon color, this wine calls out for pairing with chilled seafood, charcuterie, mild cheeses, sushi, the sea and springtime festivities.
