Customer Service Executive
The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Executive is to provide consistent & high quality customer support, by handling customer calls & resolving customer problems and complaints, in order to achieve agreed service level targets on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
If you would enjoy a job where you can:
- teach & inform travel agents to use the system / products efficiently and document issues;
- assist in customer support activity such as customer visits, customer training, migration, etc.;
- execute daily tasks as tracking PNRs, queues, requests or complaints from Travel Agencies or providers;
