TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day down 0.87% at 1,556,315. Utility Service Providers (+2.77%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Engineering Services (-4.74%). Base Metals (-1.69%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 23,258 billion (approx. USD 90 million). Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD -2.28%) Golgohar Mining & Industrial Co. (GOLC +4.19%) and Telecommunication Company of Iran (MKBT -4.03%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. National Iranian Copper Ind. Co. (MSMI -1.14%) was the most traded stock with IRR 11,285 billion (approx. USD 43 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 113,396 billion (approx. USD 434 million), up 485% from the previous trading session.
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 81,709 for a loss of 0.81%. The biggest riser was Pars Petrochemical (PARS +4.65%) while MAPNA Group (MPNA -4.76%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 40,083 billion (approx. USD 155 million), up 590% from the previous trading session. |
