The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day up 0.52% at 1,621,367. Engineering Services (+4.88%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Ruber & Plastic (-3.37%). Banking (-2.10%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 27,108 billion (approx. USD 125 million). Esfahan Oil Refining Co. (FOLD +4.98%) Iran Khodro Co. (IKCO +4.81%) and Mellat Bank (BMLT -4.38%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. Esfahan Oil Refining Co. (FOLD +4.98%) was the most traded stock with IRR 9,548 billion (approx. USD 44 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 206,782 billion (approx. USD 959 million), up 34% from the previous trading session.

 

The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 79,083 for a gain of 0.74%. The biggest riser was Parsian Oil & Gas Dev. Group Co. (PASN +5.00%) while Khouzestan Steel Co. (FKAS -4.69%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 63,459 billion (approx. USD 294 million), up 122% from the previous trading session.
