President's Corner

       The number one way to manage your time more effectively in the Note Business is to minimize and eliminate interruptions. Often, all it takes is setting a few ground rules for yourself. For example, if you don’t rely on email for constant contact with investors, note holders and associates, just limit how often you check it – once in the morning and once in the afternoon may suffice. Another example is the all too accessible cell phone. Set it aside while you are working instead of having to identify each and every ring, beep or notification it blurts out.  It can be very distracting and time consuming if you add up every minute you are attending to your cell phone. Just some food for thought.  Watch yourself over the next week or two and try to identify other time-draining activities that don’t enhance your bottom line and get serious about eliminating or reducing them.  Remember, Success Demands Action! Keep on marketing, it’s going to work! TWITA!

          Thank you for taking time to write a newsletter that has actual value in training and information.  I have not had much luck yet with Classified Ads or on Craigslist and such. I have opened a savings account to start to add money to regularly to try and start a Direct Mail   campaign.  When I have a few thousand saved may I contact you for guidance?
