Nick Thompson Cabarete, January 2011.
 
Nick Thompson  2nd at the 2010 Laser Worlds, is returning to Cabarete in an attempt to regain his title at the 9th Caribbean Laser Midwinter Regatta, January 14th-16th, 2011. Nick is also our guest expert, at the Pre race clinic January 9th to 12th, 2011.
 
If you ever wanted to compare your speed with one of  Laser's super heros, this is your chance. (Yes, even if you trade boats, he will still be faster).

  A few charter boats are still available, if you did not book yet, now is the time.
 
Ronstan Regatta Watch for (your name here)?!
Ronstan has sent one of their beautiful and efficient Regatta Watches as a prize for the Caribbean Midwinter Regatta.
Who should we give it to? First Master, first Woman, raffle it among sailors, among volunteers, or among sailors who wanted to attend but could not come? Please e mail your suggestion to laserevents@caribwind.com
 
In case you don't win the Ronstan Regatta watch, it is  available in our Pro-shop, right on the beach. It is part of our sailing, and racing watches line.
 
 
 
Job opening; Sailing instructor.
Instructor will create an Optimist program for local children, teach beginners and intermediate courses, support head coach Rulo in clinics, and come up with programs to get more people in to the fun sport of sailing. Fluent English, and use of RIB in open ocean major advantage.
A great position for anyone who wishes to evolve in the sailing community, while enjoying Cabarete's life style.
Not suitable for anyone who has mortgage payments back home.
