The importance of support and
humility in the note business
cannot be underestimated. Being
in the note industry can be
incredibly difficult. You may
hear a lot of no's before you
hear a single yes. You may also
have a lot of trouble getting
your note business off of the
ground. That is why it is so
important for you to have the
support and encouragement of
your family members and people
you associate with. You will
probably not learn about this in
workshops or books. In addition,
people achieve success with
their note businesses because
they never stop listening and
learning, and it takes a humble
person to listen to others. No
workshop can teach you how to be
humble.

Do you buy notes at closing? If not how much seasoning is required?

A - Hi Thelan!
No, very few if any note
buyers will buy at note at closing (or simultaneously) anymore. The
minimum requirement is 1 month of seasoning and it is preferable to have at
least 3 months of seasoning. Hope this helps!
