Broken & A Lot Of It About - NW Tour
undefined
We start this year with a North West tour of two debut productions - Broken by Ella Carmen Greenhill and A Lot Of It About by Ned Hopkins. Starting at The Lowry we stop along the way at The Square Chapel in Halifax, The Oldham Colisuem in Oldham, The Lantern Theatre in Liverpool and The Pavilion Arts Centre in Buxton.

Broken:"Some people get so lost, they don't find their way at all" May is desperately searching for something, Helen has everything she ever wanted and saw it all snatched away. As May searches for meaning for something to hold, she finds herself torn between two people and two agonising choices. A play looking at loss and identity.

*** Commanding performance *** good performances from the cast
Fantastic performances - we loved it - Audience member

A Lot Of It About: Ben's sex aversion therapy didn't work. Now on the verge of old age and trapped in a loveless marriage to Ann, he argues with his younger self and revisits key events in his life. A violent strugle with his alter ego finally brings things to a climax.

***** Throughly recommended **** Quick & witty script
A fantastic production - Audience member

These two shows were selected from our 2012 script call.

Chaotic Combinations - Creative calls
undefined
Our next Chaotic Combination takes place on 19th May at The Black Lion, Manchester.

Want to be involved in our unique theatre challenge and great networking opportunity? Then carry on reading...

We are looking for enthusiastic WRITERS and ACTORS who are willing to be challenged by collaborating as writer and actor, preparing a monologue for the actor to perform in front of a judging audience!

You will be given a theme to work with and then you will be locked away in a rehearsal space on Saturday 18th May for a full day of creativity.

The outcome of this will be performed on Sunday 19th May and who knows what we'll end up with? That's the fun part. It's all about working with people whom you are not familiar with. No experience is needed, just your willingness to try!

The grand finale will take place in December

If you are a writer or actor interestedin getting involved please email organisedchaosapplications@gmail.com as soon as possible (Please put Chaotic Combinations as the subject)
