St Padarn & Aeron Social
Bro Dewi Morris ME of Aeron Lodge & Bro Ian Brodie ME of Saint Padarn Lodge would like to thank everyone who supported the joint venture of a Summer Social Hog Roast on a very blustery damp August evening in Aberaeron. There were over 80 guests plus children from all over the Province. We are both overwhelmed by your amazing support.
West Wales Order of Merit 2016

This is an award presented in recognition of outstanding service to Freemasonry, and is given to those who have distinguished themselves in keeping with the highest traditions of the Order.
W Bro Peter Thomas is the 2016 recipient of the award. You can read the full story by clicking here.
UGLE Local Media Statistics
Results often speak for themselves. Above is a chart showing local media coverage of Freemasonry across the UK by Province.
The headlines are:
  • Positive local media coverage is 81.5% up on last year.
  • Negative coverage is down 50%, with only three examples
  •  92.3% of coverage is positive.
  •  Devon, West Lancashire and Yorkshire West Riding are currently the top three Provinces by volume of positive coverage.
The second biggest increase in positive coverage is West Wales at +725%, with no examples of neutral coverage, never mind negative stories. Well done to all concerned, especially W Bros Dirk den-Hartog and Chris Samuel.
