I've had a lovely break, but it's back to work now. But concentrating on podcasting and sitcom writing until the end of the year.
BUT my new Emergency Questions book is coming out VERY SOON. This morning I got my hands on the first copy of the thing and it looks beautiful.
There are 1001 questions - 800 that did not appear in either of the previous books - and if it does well it will be a massive boost to the future of RHLSTP (and to us getting an Emergency Questions TV show). I know we give you lots of different ways to give something back for the free podcasts and I know many of you have dug deep already. But if you're a fan of the podcast you are going to love this book, but it also works as a fun game for people who have no idea who I am.
A good early showing in the Amazon charts would really give the book a boost, so if you felt inclined to pre-order it here
then that would be awesome.
BUY A COPY FOR EVERYONE IN YOUR FAMILY FOR CHRISTMAS.

The RHLSTP at the Dancehouse Theatre in Manchester on October 5th sold out in double quick time and we haven't even announced guests yet. Contact venue for returns and I will RT any spares that I hear about.
But this makes the idea of touring RHLSTP look like a possibility.
Thanks so much to everyone who backed the kickstarter for RHLSTP. WE MADE THE TARGET. There are still a little over 2 days to get your hands on the exclusive rewards that won't be available anywhere else.
All extra money will go towards the next series of the show.
Beer 52 are kindly sponsoring this series. I always like to try and get you something for nothing in return.
If you only want those eight beers then you can unsubscribe, but if you stay with them you will then get eight different beers every month for just £24 a pop. If you don't want to, just drop them an email or a phone call an unsubscribe as you get drunk on their almost free beer.
There will be a few promotional events/appearances at Literary Festivals to publicise the new book
And if you want to make a small but regular commitment to our enterprise, and get festooned with amazing extras including all the RHLSTP backstage interviews, downloads of all my stand up shows, exclusive video question and answer sessions, entry into a monthly prize draw PLUS find out the RHLSTP guests before everyone else then why not become a Dripster
You'd be paying less than a pound a week in return for 365 blogs and about 40 RHLSTPS.
WE"RE ATTEMPTING A Q AND A SESSION ON MONDAY AFTERNOON SO SIGN UP NOW IF YOU WANT TO TAKE PART IN THAT.
If you want pretty much all of that, but not the stand up shows (not sure if you'll get the Q and A sessions either) then set your own price and become a monthly badger.
This is very much an either/or choice with whichever package suits you best.
