TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day down 1.76% at 1,350,233. Ceramic & Tiles (+3.97%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Paper Products (-3.92%). Automotive (-3.52%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 12,095 billion (approx. USD 46 million). National Iranian Copper Ind. Co. (MSMI -2.82%) Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD -2.92%) and Social Security Investment Co. (TAMN -4.31%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. Barekat Pharmaceutical Group (BRKT +0.41%) was the most traded stock with IRR 3,234 billion (approx. USD 12 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 106,700 billion (approx. USD 408 million), up 1.40% from the previous trading session.
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 66,589 for a loss of 2.92%. The biggest riser was Khouzestan Steel Co. (FKAS +0.87%) while Parsian Bank (BPAR -4.55%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 23,094 billion (approx. USD 88 million), down 3% from the previous trading session. |
