"I serve good old fashioned ice cream treats in the tradition of the old Soda Fountains from the 1920s and 1930s. I use all natural ingredients with NO high-fructose corn syrup. Dressed in my vintage-soda-jerk-whites, I make Ice Cream Sodas from my flavor syrups with cane sugar, Seltzer water and a generous scoop of Fosselman's ice cream. I also make my specialty ice cream sandwiches, cones and many other soda fountain standards. I use Fosselman's Ice Cream exclusively. Fosselman's is family owned and has been in the Ice Cream Business since 1919 and makes the most delicious ice cream."
