Useful webinar recordings
 
Purpose: provides background information to support teachers delivering the Sleep well challenge.
Content: sleep/wake cycles, how sleep might affect health and bodyweight, sleep recommendations for children and adults and top tips for how to get a good night’s sleep. 
 
Purpose: provides background information to support nursery practitioners with the 5 A DAY challenge.
Content: research around the feeding of infants and young children, including strategies to promote increased vegetable intake.
