NEW Gefell SRM 100 smart-phone microphone

To be launched in the UK at BVE in Excel next week, the new SRM 100 is a professional reporter microphone that connects directly to your smart phone (eg: iPhone or Android) and enables live on-air reporting from almost any location, interview recording for uploading to the studio, recording direct to your phone, etc..

The SRM 100 means that a reporter does not have to carry extra equipment as the SRM 100 is easily carried and it perfect for reporting from almost any location at a moments notice.

We will have this microphone on our stand E45 at BVE

The Gefell price list on the website has just been updated to include the price of this new microphone - all other prices are unchanged.

NEW Håkan Pop Killer versions

Håkan have introduced a new version of the popular gooseneck version of the Pop Killer - the new version (which is in addition to the standard gooseneck version) is designed to fit larger microphone stands with a diameter of up to 1" (25mm).  This is available now and is in stock in the UK.

Håkan have also annonced two new Pop Killers designed specifically for the Rycote INV-7HG III suspension.

The INV-7HG-V version is designed for use when the suspension is verticle and is the perfect option for use with the Microtech Gefell UMT 70S and MT 71S microphones.

The INV-7HG-H version is designed for use when the suspension is horizontal and is the ideal option for use with small diaphragm condenser microphones such as the Microtech Gefell M 300.  But this version can be used with virtually any microphone that will fit the Rycote INV-7HG III.

We will have pre-production prototypes of both these INV-7HG versions on the stand at BVE.

The final version, which will be in black like the other versions, will be avalable soon.

These new Pop Killers will be the same price as all the other versions.

Website Rebooted

Our new WordPress website is now up and running.

The new website is now also easily viewable on smart-phones.

Although it will take a while to fully re-write all the product pages - all the products are up on the site now and linked to the relevant data sheet.

There is also now a special, password protected, Dealer Zone.  If you are a dealer and have not been issued with the password, please give us a call.

Finally, to reduce the risk of further hacking, the new site is now an SSL secure website with an https prefix.
