You can use proactive tapping on your pets, too!

Try tapping on yourself (surrogate EFT) or your pet with these sample setup statements, or make up your own:

I <animal's name> feel safe and loved in my forever home."


I <animal's name> feel safe even when I am alone in our home.  I know that Mommy and Daddy will come always back and take care of me. 


I <animal's name> know that I am a good girl/boy and deserve Mommy and Daddy's love and appreciation.


I <animal's name> feel full of joy, health and energy!


I <animal's name> obey my Daddy and Mommy's house rules and requests to be good.


I <animal's name> respect my human caregivers' property and only chew on my own toys.

Creating the Life You Want

Last weekend I made my radio guest debut on the Veterans for Peace show, "About Face".  The subject of the show was using holistic methods such as EFT to help military personnel, veterans and their families to relieve Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). 


A Veterans Center counselor who's a war vet himself, recommended that ALL vets proactively seek help when they return from war.  He said anyone in a war zone is bound to be affected in some way, and that they should not wait until the subconscious fears and anxieties manifest into PTSD.


His idea makes sense to us civilians, too.  We're bombarded daily with negative thoughts from the media and other people who want to bring our joyful spirits down to their level of fear and anxiety. 


Daily Proactive EFT

You can tap your way to a better life and manifest your dreams into reality by these simple techniques that don't need the 3 setup statements or the 9-gamut tapping.


First, write a list of what you want to manifest in your life, for example: radiant health amd more energy, a peaceful and harmonious family life, prosperous work relationships or financial abundance.  You may want to post them on your mirror or somewhere you'll see them first thing in the morning.  You can also tape them to the dashboard of your vehicle and tap at the stoplights.


Each day, tap on these EFT shortcut points —(1) Top of the head (TH) (2) Eyebrow (EB), (3) Side of Eye (SE), (4) Under Eye (UE), (5) Under Nose (UN), (6) Chin (CH), (7) Collarbone (CB), (8) Under Arm (UA) while repeating your list of manifestations.  A VERY powerful to do this is with an Attitude of Gratitude, such as:


(1) Top of the head (TH)  - Thank you Universe (or a Higher Power you believe in) for my radiant health and abundant energy today and every day!


(2) Eyebrow (EB) - I am so grateful for my peaceful and harmonious family life!


(3) Side of Eye (SE) - Thank you Universe for my prosperous work relationships and all my wonderful co-workers and clients who pay me what I deserve and refer me to other wonderful people!


(4) Under Eye (UE) - I am so happy and grateful that I have today to help others as I help myself!  Thank you for all the wonderful people in my life who support and love me!


(5) Under Nose (UN) - Thank you Universe for all these abundant blessings that continually come into my life!


(6) Chin (CH) - Today I am grateful for my empowerment and energy, focus and clarity in all my tasks!


(7) Collarbone (CB) - I love sharing my Universal gifts with others and the joy of each day unfolding its bliss to me!


 (8) Under Arm (UA)  - Thank you for my unlimited life of love, peace, prosperity, joy, health and service to others!


Be sure to tap away ALL tail-enders (doubts) that may come up as you create your day via EFT.
