       In our small niche Note Industry we need to keep in mind that as a small business we often have a more approachable feel to note holders, meaning that when they contact us to sell their note we welcome them like one of the family. On the other hand, if we get too comfortable and get too much like family we can lose some of the professionalism that every note business needs to keep. The danger of getting too much like family is that you may inadvertently reveal some of your weaknesses to the note holders, which may incline them to shop elsewhere, no matter how much they like you or your note business. As a result, a note business should strive to maintain a balance between accessibility for note holders and the professionalism in the note buyer/broker – note holder relationship.  Remember, Success Demands Action! Keep on marketing, it’s going to work! TWITA!
