Downsides and problems that we
imagine before getting started
in the note business (or any
other for that matter) are often
just in our heads. They are a
bunch of excuses or opinions
based on something you heard
from someone at one time or
another. Do a bit of your own
research instead. Read books, do
some googling and ask people who
have actually been where you
want to go. With a bit of
research you can often reduce
your inner resistance and
anxieties and find more positive
benefits in getting started.
After you have done some
research and know a bit more
about your goal and the road
towards it create a plan.
Creating a plan, writing down
when you have to do this and
that can also calm you down and
lessen much of the fuzzy anxiety
and fear that can hold you back
from getting started. With a
clearer image of what you can do
and how you should go about it a
big chunk of your negative
feelings will become less
powerful.

- Hi Jeff,
We are note buyers, we have the money. We want individual notes not small pools.
We need to cherry pick. We need the notes. Can you help me find them? We want to
purchase wholesale 1st position performing notes nationwide, on SFR Properties,
Upside down ok, Owner Occupied and the payors Good Credit of at least 620 middle
score and above. I have a lot of people looking but they keep sending me notes
but not what we need. Can you send me in the correct direction? Thanks for all
your help!

A - Hi Walt!
Ahh... if it was only
that simple. Welcome to the real note business. The things you are looking for
may be out there but it's a big numbers game. Most of the stuff that comes
across my desk would not meet that criteria at all but if I do come across
something I will let you know. Most of the institutional investors we use for
notes are in the same boat. Lots of money but no quality notes to buy with it.
We will keep looking! :) Hope this helps!
