Hello my friends,
I am excited to announce that after nearly 25 years on Campus Walk Avenue near Duke University, the Rhine is moving to a new location!
Since 2001, people from around the world have enjoyed fun activities and educational events in our previous building. We created the original Psi Games at the Rhine, hosted some of the best speakers in the field of parapsychology, produced groundbreaking research studies, and maintained the Alex Tanous Library of Parapsychology with over 5000 volumes and journals on every topic in the field. All of these activities and research will continue as we move to a new location in Durham.
Earlier this year, we began looking for a space that will suit our needs and host our community activities while maintaining the historical legacy of the Rhine in Durham. While we continue our search, the Rhine will be operating virtually with exciting speakers and online courses that serve our worldwide audience of researchers and practitioners who have an interest in psi and the history of the field of parapsychology.

Our phone number stays the same, and you will find a newly charged level of activity and engagement as we move into 2026. Our email addresses haven’t changed, and all physical mail will be forwarded from the old address.
