President's Corner

        Getting help pays off. As a note broker, you should be able to help your note holders navigate the often complicated process of a note sale transaction on your own. However, from time to time, you as the note broker may come across something new; an unexpected situation that you do not know how to traverse, an unanticipated hurdle that you haven’t jumped before or an unforeseen surprise that you have not negotiated through previously.  When these circumstances arise you may require the assistance of other experts to help you make sure the transaction goes smoothly and to enable you to continue to focus on what you do (the last thing a note broker wants is for business performance to suffer prior to closing the transaction!).  An experienced Master Buyer that is a current practitioner in the seller financed note business can lend important note business insights, ease some of the note purchase transaction responsibilities off of you and your note holder and can also prove helpful when it comes to the negotiation and contract stages of the note purchase as well.  Understanding the details of a seller financed note purchase transaction can be challenging. Be sure that you and your note holder are getting the best advice possible from a seasoned veteran in the field.  We are here to help!  Remember, Success Demands Action!           I recently requested your broker package and to be placed , as a subscriber, to your newsletter. After reading lots of the info on your website and much thought, I am convinced that I want to be a Note Broker for your company. How do i register for this position and do I get an ID# to use when I submit a request for quote form to you?

A - Hi Connie!

          Thanks for the email! In the free Broker Package is our Master Buyer/Note Broker Agreement for you to complete, sign and return along with the Code of Ethics and Conduct for the Note Industry for you to review and sign as well.  Once we have received these items you will be in our system and you may start submitting worksheets for pricing. We do not use ID#'s we go by the brokers' name. We look forward to working with you soon! Hope this helps!
