I came across a note that is secured by a business. Is that something we can do?

A - Hi Tom!
Yes! Just like there are
seller financed real estate notes there are seller financed business notes.
There is a separate worksheet (email me if you would like it) , different
criteria and different investors. They are purchase-able and do-able. Hope this helps!
