TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day up 0.24% at 1,615,531. Engineering Services (+4.31%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Paper Products (-2.45%). Base Metals (-1.37%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 15,020 billion (approx. USD 52 million). Persian Gulf Petrochemical Co. (PKLJ +4.81%) National Iranian Copper Ind. Co. (MSMI -3.59%) and Tamin Petroleum & Petrochem. Ind. Co. (TAPP +4.98%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. National Iranian Copper Ind. Co. (MSMI -3.59%) was the most traded stock with IRR 6,052 billion (approx. USD 20 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 81,037 billion (approx. USD 280 million), down 43% from the previous trading session.

The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 85,281 for a loss of 0.37%. The biggest riser was Tamin Petroleum & Petrochem. Ind. Co. (TAPP +4.98%) while Mobile Telecommunication Company of Iran (HRMZ -4.46%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 41,915 billion (approx. USD 145 million), down 38% from the previous trading session. |
