My name is Ian Luff and I have been involved with Simply Naturals for a little over 7 months now. I have been involved in network marketing as a profession for several years and truly believe that there is no other way forward in today’s economy to secure your financial future. I currently run two different network marketing businesses alongside one another fitting them both in around my busy computer & AppleMac repair business. This can be challenging at times however, if I remain focussed upon my long term goals whilst meeting my short term ones it isn’t really an issue.

 

Since joining Simply Naturals I have surrounded myself with likeminded positive and self-motivated people who are open to the challenge of learning some new skills and putting them into action. Our team has worked really hard over the last few months and their efforts have propelled me to the position of manager within Simply Naturals and I am well on the way to Senior Manager. The results have been quite dramatic and the business is building very fast now in comparison to what I am used to, introducing more new people in 7 months than I have over 4 and half years with my other business. The Company, the compensation plan and the CEO, Directors and staff are all incredible people and go out of their way to help and encourage the teams. The compensation plan is very generous and incredibly fair and building a substantial residual income will be a matter of 3-5 years at the current rate of growth.

Reaching the position of Senior Manager is a major milestone and was one of our goals we set at the start of last year. I have never had a new car in my life so the feeling on the 1st of March when my new Mercedes Benz c220 amg estate was delivered to my house was one that will live with me forever. We want to help as many people as possible experience the same feeling. Dreams can come true if you put in the effort and commitment required to realise them. One of our goals is to help as many people as possible experience the same feeling. We have achieved this despite both having full time jobs each doing 50 hours plus per week, if we can achieve this YOU can do it. Yet again we cannot express enough gratitude to all the staff at head office, The directors Peter, Eric, David, our up line John Overdjiking, and the key distributors in our team who contribute so much in our continued success.

Gary Lawrence is a very busy family man and has been driven to meet some goals in another business that he is very successful in.

 

Gary has found the time and determination to 'go out there' and sign up 19 Distributors and 12 personal customers in a few short months.

THE IMPORTANCE OF EVENTS..!!!

If you are looking create consistent momentum in your Simply Naturals there is one work habit that will probably create more momentum in your business than anything else. Having been in network marketing the best part of 30 years, one thing I learned that can have a massive positive impact on any business is the importance of promoting events. The first time I ever attended a national event I was blown away by the enthusiasm of those in attendance, I have no doubts that everyone who goes to Solihull in May will come away inspired and more enthusiastic than ever.

The upcoming national event for Simply Naturals on May 10th this is the biggest event we have had so far. However, there will still be many events leading up to the big event – small in home meetings, conference calls, webinars, Getting Started Trainings,  Simply Career Opportunity Presentations, 3 way calls etc. are just a few. These are all events and all need promoting – if you attach importance to these events it’s a strong likelihood that people in your team will do likewise and copy what you do. Instead of one person promoting, you could well have many doing the same thing, which will create more momentum for your business. The opposite is also true – if you don’t attach any importance to events (of any kind) it’s unlikely your team will do so either.

You can also use events and those who make the effort to promote and attend them as a barometer to who is serious about the business and who is not. If someone continually makes excuses as to why they didn’t get on a conference call or go to a SCOP that was reasonably close by, or attend a small in-home meeting, then this will tell you everything about their current mind-set and what level of commitment they have to the business. It will also help you identify who you are going to work with as spending your valuable time with the wrong people in a network marketing business can be frustrating as well as costly.

The Simply Sizzling Sunday national event is without a doubt the most important event to date you can promote. When you can get your team around hundreds of like-minded people, only good things will happen. I have no doubts their motivation and belief in the business will skyrocket.

Learn to consistently promote events and teach you team to do the same and you will create massive momentum in your Simply Naturals business. May 10th is only a few weeks away…let’s promote like never before. When Simply Naturals becomes a £100+ million company you can look back and say I was at the very first national event when it was a fraction of that size.

Simply Sizzling Sunday is going to be an amazing day, let’s make sure we all promote it like crazy over the coming weeks.
