This pattern is going to be one of my "go to" patterns to make for friends and family this holiday!
The Sew-Easy Accessories by Sewphisti-Cat Designs has 3 easy to make patterns for 3 handy purse accessories! There is a tri-fold wallet pattern that has a change compartment as well as card pockets, an eyeglass case to protect your glasses, and a change purse with a zipper closure and an additional front pocket. These pattern projects is a great way to use of smaller pieces of your fabric stash! Measurements are as follows:
Tri-Fold Wallet: Closed- 4 1/4"W x 3 1/4"H and Open- 4 1/4"W x 8 1/2"H
Eyeglass Case: 3"W x 6"H
Coin Purse: 5 1/2"W x 4 1/2"H

Lucy’s Lunch Bunch Pattern by Susan Rooney Patterns has instructions for a lunch bag, napkin, utensil wrap, and a snack sack! The lunch bag is insulated with an inside pocket for an ice pack and an adjustable strap. The napkin is reversible and the utensil wrap rolls up silverware with protection for a sharp knife. The snack sack has a food-safe lining for your snacks or veggies. Pattern templates are included for the lunch bag, napkin, and snack sack. Sizes are as follows:
Lunch Bag - 10 1/2” x 10 1/2”
Napkin - 13” x 13 1/2”
Utensil Wrap - 9 1/2” x 11”
Snack Sack - 6” x 7”

   The Carpet Bag Pattern by Aunties Two is big enough for that long weekend trip. There are lots of pockets to help keep you organized including 6 pockets inside and 2 pockets outside. There are instructions for comfortable double handles and decorative bows at each end.  The finished size is 22"W x 18"H x 6"D.

New Downloadable purse patterns from Sewphisti-Cat Designs!
As promised in our October, 2014 Newsletter, we now have new downloadable patterns from Sewphisti-Cat Designs, including Chloe's Bag Pattern, Christine's Bag Pattern, Gisela's Bag Pattern, and Colleen's Bag Pattern. I like the fact that the designer, Linda Rauld, uses lots of color photos that go step by step through the instructions.

Gisela’s Bag Pattern has instructions for an easy to install top zipper closure. There are lots of pockets, including slip pockets as well as a patch pocket. A unique decorative front pocket has a zipper and the handle is adjustable to either cross body or shoulder length. Finished size is 10 1/2”W x 10 1/2”H x 2”D.
