The following is my “Price Letter”. I send it to note holders if they seem agreeable to the prices I have given to them along with a business card and brochure. It gives you some credibility when you put the prices that you gave them over the phone into writing. The letter has the prices you gave over the phone and instructions on what to do next if they want to proceed.
I make a note on my worksheet when I sent the price letter and make another note to call them back in one week if they have not called me already.

Enclosed please find our analysis sheet for a more detailed look at what you will receive from our above prices. If you accept one of our prices within 30 days from the date of this letter we will give you an additional $500.00. All that is needed to start is:
- Copy of the RECORDED Deed of Trust or Mortgage
- Copy of the signed note - Copy of the title policy
- Copy of the closing statement - Copy of the hazard insurance
- Social Security # of the payor(s) - Copy of the payment record
All prices are subject to verification of information given and acceptance of credit, appraisal, and title. If you have any questions or need clarification on anything please feel free to give us a call at 1-800-845-3055. Funds are reserved for you so please send the information as soon as possible.

I make a note when I drop it in the mail to them and give them a follow up call 3-5 business days after I have sent it to verify that they have received it and answer any questions that might have come up.
