The Caravan Club was formed following an initiative from the late RW Bro Colin O’Dare who entrusted the foundation to W Bro Mansel Hughes who together with a group of other enthusiastic members organised an initial rally at Pembrey Country Park on 27th September 1997 and next year will celebrate thirty years of existence.

Special edition polo shirts were commissioned for the annual BBQ at Tenby Lodge, the PGM ordered two and gifted on to the Assistant Grand Master Steven Varley.

West Wales Freemasons Sponsor Eisteddfod Award |
The West Wales Freemasons Charity have this year sponsored the Architecture Scholarship Competition at the Garreg Las National Eisteddfod held at Llantood near Cardigan. The scholarship was established to promote architecture and design in Wales and is awarded to the most promising applicant to help broaden their awareness of creative architecture. The scholarship is open to those under the age of twenty-five. It is supported by the Design Commission for Wales and the Royal Society of Architects in Wales.

Parc Cerrig Gardens Open Day |
Abergwaun Chapter was recently represented at the annual open day for Parc Cerrig Community Garden in Goodwick, Fishguard. Parc Cerrig received £600 from the West Wales Grand Charity earlier this year for new tools.
