Did

To get Note Holders to open up
to you, get them talking more.
One way to do that is to repeat
the last three or four words
they say. If they say, "I
have to call the payor every
month to remind them to send the
payment." You repeat, "... to
send the payment?" It's

I have had a few brokers asking
me about voicemail and leaving
messages. So, I wanted to give
you a few tips on how
to leave a professional note
business phone message.
1) State your name and company name CLEARLY and
slowly
2) State your phone number CLEARLY and slowly
3) In 1-2 sentences state the reason for your
call
4) State your name and phone number again CLEARLY
and slowly
5) Thank the person in advance

Action! Keep on marketing, it’s going to

Q – Hello Jeff:
In your article on, “How To Use
a Price Letter, I was wondering
if I can email the note holders
the Price Letter before I call
them to discuss over price
options in detail. Would that
show some creditability in
showing them price options in
writing? What would you
recommend? Or do the way the
article says.

– Hi Roger!
You can do what you want but I
do the way my article states. I
put it in writing AFTER I give
it to them verbally which gives
me a reason to follow up with
them... "...Did you receive our
price letter?...". Hope this helps!
