Rafael Ramírez brings his latest work, a flamenco dance performance with live music in tribute to renown flamenco dance and film phenomena Antonio Gades on the 20th anniversary of his death.
Far from being a biographical production, this artistic project uses key moments in Gades’s life as a compass to explore his essence, his audacity, and his innovative vision. With flamenco as its central theme, the performance crosses contemporary and avant-garde lines, making it clear that his stagecraft remains relevant and powerful.
More than a celebration, this work is a journey through time that connects what Gades was with what he continues to be for dance and culture. All this is achieved through a powerful performance by Ramírez, who is accompanied by live music by Francis Martín, Rosa Linero, Fabiola Santiago and Cristóbal Sánchez.

Rafael Ramírez presenta su más reciente obra, un espectáculo de danza flamenca con música en vivo en homenaje al reconocido fenómeno de la danza y el cine flamenco Antonio Gades, en el vigésimo aniversario de su fallecimiento.

Lejos de ser una producción biográfica, este proyecto artístico utiliza momentos clave de la vida de Gades como brújula para explorar su esencia, su audacia y su visión innovadora. Con el flamenco como eje central, el espectáculo cruza líneas contemporáneas y vanguardistas, dejando claro que su arte escénico sigue siendo vigente y poderoso.

Más que una celebración, esta obra es un viaje en el tiempo que conecta lo que Gades fue con lo que continúa siendo para la danza y la cultura. Todo esto se logra a través de una interpretación magistral de Ramírez, acompañado por la música en vivo de Francis Martín, Rosa Linero, Fabiola Santiago y Cristóbal Sánchez.
