The SEE Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy Conference & Exhibition were held for the 15th consecutive year on 16-18 April 2019. We would like to thank all the exhibitors, visitors, speakers and attendees for being part of the event and hope that their established contacts through the event will grow into long-term relations.
Radoslav Radev, the chairman of the Bulgarian Industrial Association, welcomed the participants: "Today, more than ever, it is important to spend time on the circular economy because it is the model of the future and to seek maximum utilization of the renewable energy potential in practice."
Ambassador Traian Chebeleu, Deputy Secretary General of the Permanent International Secretariat, Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation also officially addressed the Exhibition and Conference participants. According to him, the event is an excellent platform for getting acquainted with the latest developments in the sectors of clean energy, greener cities and better-quality buildings, for identifying new investment opportunities. 

Some of the key moments:
The Energy Agency of Plovdiv organized a Round Table on energy poverty and how it relates to the use of polluting fuels for heating.
The launch of a new credit line for renovation of single-family buildings in Sofia and Southern Bulgaria under the Urban Development Fund was announced during the EnEffect seminar.
The Bulgarian partners of GSS-VET held a workshop, in which they presented an innovative method for verifying knowledge on photovoltaic installations and the application of the new "green" positions.
For the first time, a Green Energy Investment Forum of BSEC Green Energy Network was held within SEE EE Conference’19, during which the prospects for renewable energy development and stimulating policies were discussed.
Exhibitors on focus
Leading companies exhibited cogeneration, bio, hydro-, geothermal and solar power systems. Energy-saving lighting, electric vehicles and charging stations roused public interest. 
Toplorade presented a domestic and professional series of wall-mounted condensing boilers, with capacities of up to 150kW. They are highly efficient, compatible with different cascading controls, have a heat-insulated liner and an easy-to-use display.
EE and RES visitors saw the calibrated wood chips, presented by Advance - Spas Kostadinov, manufactured with an industrial screw chopper - a technology without analogue in Europe. It is used to generate hot water and steam in combustion plants - bakery, dairy, textile enterprises and others.
Attention was drawn to the metal chimney systems of Concritube company. Fuel saving, time saving and maintenance cost saving, environmental protection - these are some of the advantages of the product.
