TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day up 0.39% at 377,013. Paper Products (+4.04%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Transportation & Logistics (-3.54%). Automotive (-2.27%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 3,617 billion (approx. USD 86 million). Persian Gulf Petrochemical Ind. Co. (PKLJ +3.18%) Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Co. (PNBA +4.40%) and MAPNA Group (MAPN +3.21%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. SAIPA Investment Co. (SIPA -3.61%) was the most traded stock with IRR 460 billion (approx. USD 24 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 33,539 billion (approx. USD 799 million), up 12% from the previous trading session.
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 15,696 for a gain of 0.49%. The biggest riser was Abbas Oil Refining Co. (PNBA +4.40%) while Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines (KSHJ -3.84%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 4,426 billion (approx. USD 105 million), down 14% from the previous trading session. |
